Welcome to our Spark Team. For the last four years, prior to joining Spark People, we have formulated a personalized program to improve weight loss and promote healthy habits. Most people know weight loss depends on making sure the calories you consume are fewer than the calories you burn. That ‘s true, but only part of the story. The type of calories chosen should be low in both fat and sugar. Exercise is also important. More than 80% of adults do not meet the guidelines for both aerobic and muscle-strengthening activities. Lastly, supplements, both micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) and other dietary components, complete an essential part of the weight loss package. These three components – diet, exercise, and supplements – make up The Health Triangle. Our mission is to offer healthy solutions in medicine and pharmacology. Together we can develop a plan, based on your age, to regain health, create new habits and promote weight loss and longevity.
